Unintentional

Unintentional is an act not done or made or performed with purpose or intent. Most claims need to be triggered by an accidental and unintentional act.

There are certain claims that follow under management liability that are for intentional acts. An example would be a employer discriminating against an employee.

If your building burns because of arson you would still have coverage as long as you are not the arsonist.

You do what you can to prevent injury or accident but for the instances where it happens due to an unintentional event you can purchase insurance.
