Technical Activity
The fourth step in the Risk Management process is implementing the chosen techniques. This will require you to use two different types of activities: technical and managerial.
A technical activity relates directly to the risk management function and can be performed by the department or person who performs that function in the organization. An example of a technical activity is the purchasing of insurance. This task can be completed by that department or person without assistance from others.
