SEF 28

Reduction of coverage as respects operation by named person or persons. This reduces the coverage of the policy while a certain named person is operating the insured vehicle.

An example of this would be if the husband has a bad driving record and the wife states that he will not operate her vehicle. The insurance company agrees to charge the rate for the wife's better driving record as long as the wife signs this endorsement.

The wife's signature on this endorsement means that she agrees that the normal coverage she has when operating her vehicle is drastically reduced to the stated amount when the husband operates the vehicle.
