SEF 91

SEF 91 Limitation to Operation of Automobiles by Named Persons Endorsement

The SEF 91 is a change to the SPF 6 - non-owned automobile policy. This is a commercial policy.

The SEF 91 limits the coverage to automobiles that are operated by person specifically listed in the endorsement. So this endorsement excludes coverage for automobiles operated by the insured's partners, officers, employees and agents and automobiles hired or leased from others with or without drivers or operated under contract, unless the drivers are specifically named.

If you have this endorsement on your policy then it is very important that you keep the agent or broker you deal with informed of any changes. If you failed to keep the driver list up-to-date and a driver not listed was involved in an accident then this endorsement would stop any payment in regards to that claim.
