Recent Court Decision - Childrens Playground

A British teenager was injured in a children's bouncy castle - an inflatable playground. He was accidentally kicked by another child and suffered injuries to his head including brain injury. There was nothing wrong with the construction of the bouncy castle. The court determined that constant supervision was required as a condition of the rental agreement. The hosts of the party were found to be liable as they failed to provide adequate supervision. At this point the damages are expected to reach $2 million.
