Nude is constitutional right

The Criminal Code in Canada is going to be tested by the nudists.

A constitutional challenge has been launched arguing that the law is unconstitutional by prohibiting nudity in public places or on private property that are exposed to public view.

The Federation of Canadian Nudists says that the laws are out-of-date as they define nudity as being "indecent" and intended to cause "harm" to those who witness it.

Think about those brave Canucks when it is 30 degrees below with a wind chill! Only in Canada.
