Employee Liability

• The insureds' employees can cause a claim that would be the financial responsibility of the employer. For example, the driver of a company car being at fault in an accident, or causing bodily injury, or property damage, to the property owner such as a tractor-operator going on a highway carelessly and causing injury that would be considered to be the insured's financial responsibility.
