Do keep in mind that this declaration from the Superintendent's office has the following disclaimer, "This information is NOT a legal document and does NOT modify or replace your automobile insurance policy. Check with your agent or broker to confirm the type of coverage you have shown on your policy file. (Turner's Tips asks you to remember that only the insurance company adjuster can confirm or deny coverage under your policy.)

GETTING YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED

Your insurance company is in business to pay claims. Your adjuster should treat you with respect and courtesy. Working with the insurance company for a quick resolution of your claim is always the best attitude to take. If you do run into a problem then you can call upon your broker or agent. Remember that your broker can not make claims decisions but they can help you achieve claims fairness.
