Black out roller shade recall

HenlePro Blackout Roller Shade recall

August 6, 2010 the HenlePro blackout roller shades have been recalled. These roller shades have a looped bead chain. The shades are white, made of 100% polyester, and come in various sizes.

What is the danger?
